<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 25px; text-align: justify;"><i><span style="font-family: inherit;">"Bondi sands self tanning foam glides effortlessly over your skin and dries in seconds to a natural, flawless tan. Enriched with aloe vera for soft smooth skin with a healthy natural bronzed look like a day on Bondi Beach."</span></i></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Following Bondi Sands on Instagram I was envious of beautiful pictures they posted of beautiful ladies with golden tanned skin. Then when I heard they was coming to the UK and that the tanning range was going to be sold in Superdrug I was super excited and couldn't wait to try it out for myself. </span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">The fake tan junkie I am I trotted off to the Bullring and headed straight to the tanning aisle, but the dark foam was sold out..BOO! So instead I ordered off Superdrug online which had £5 off and free delivery into your chosen store. </span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">When it came I put it to the test, Bondi Sands recommend that you ensure your skin is clean, exfoliated and free of any moisturisers which is the standard directions of any self tan. My new little tip is to rub some vaseline on my elbows and knuckles, I find this helps much better than moisturiser as no tan sticks to those areas at all. As instructed by Bondi Sands I applied a pump firmly and applied in long sweeping motions onto the skin, I always start with my upper body and work my way down and using any leftovers on my hands. </span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">It says on the Bondi Sands </span><a href="https://bondisands.co.uk/shop/self-tanning-foam-dark-110ml-200ml.html" style="line-height: 25px;" target="_blank">website </a><span style="line-height: 25px;"> that you can wash off after an hour or for a longer lasting tan to leave on for unto 6 hours but I sleep in it and it's fine. When I used it the first time round I was very disappointed, I left on for over 6 hours and my skin was left with a slight wash of tan but being the fake tan expert I am I like a dark, natural looking tan. So I applied another layer (</span></span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 25px;">For the deepest tan re-apply bondi sands self tanning foam 30 minutes after initial application)</span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 25px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">I've used a lot of brands of fake tan over the years but this one is the most natural looking tan I've ever used. It leaves my skin looking like I've had a week on Bondi Beach it's that good!</span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">It's safe to say I have now been converted and that I won't be using another tan again. Anyone else used Bondi Sands? What did you think? </span></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px; text-align: left;"><i>"Purify your blemish-prone, troublesome skin with La Roche-Posay Serozinc, a toning mist enriched with zinc sulphate"</i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px; text-align: left;"><i><br /></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px; text-align: left;">Here I am again with another hyped up product - La Roche-Posay Serozinc, created with just three ingredients: </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;"><i>healing zinc sulphate (0.10%) and astringent sodium chloride (0.75%) </i>which claim to target blemishes, marks and excess oiliness. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;">When I see something popping up all over the blogs with positive reviews here there and everywhere I get sucked in. Until recently this product wasn't easy to get hold of in the UK, I ordered mine off eBay for around £13-£15 <i>ouch </i>but I expected good things from this product especially when your skins playing up I'm willing to pay anything. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">As </span></span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">with any toning step I use after cleansing and sprayed onto cotton wool and applied to my face </span><span style="line-height: 16px;">particularly focusing on my problem area..the chin! Although I much prefer to spray directly on the face as the product doesn't get soaked up by the cotton pad.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">I've been using this product since last year, I can't remember the exact month but what I do know is I've gave it enough time to figure out it does absolutely nothing for my skin, doesn't calm or keep breakouts at bay, doesn't help with excess oiliness and certainly doesn't help to heal marks. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">Again I was suckered into buying an over hyped product and was left disappointed as usual. The good thing is that it's currently on offer on <a href="http://fave.co/1M7NTbb" target="_blank">Escentual</a> for £5.66 so you can try it for yourself. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">Anyone else noticed a difference using this toner?</span></span><br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Natural Collection 'Fig Leaf' £1.99</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Limecrime velvetines are almost impossible to get hold of in the UK now, especially one of the most sought after shades 'Cashmere' which is a browny, almost grey/purpley undertone to it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
When browsing depop someone posted that Natural Collection has a shade similar to Cashmere, 'Fig Leaf' if you live in the UK Natural Collection is a Boots own brand and extremely cheap, unless you really look its one to walk past with it's cheap, un sturdy white packaging it doesn't exactly grab your attention! If I didn't see this on Depop I wouldn't have discovered it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I've used Natural Collection lipstick before in 'Apple Blossom' any bloggers remember that? With it's moisturising formula you know it tends to snap off because of how cheap the formula is. Anyway, I really want Cashmere but I refuse to pay £40+ on eBay for a £12.50 lipstick so when I saw it was a dupe I picked it up. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
As you can see from the swatch above it's brown shade whereas Cashmere looks more grey to me. I feel Fig Leaf changes slightly when on the lips but isn't a great dupe but ever so<i> slightly </i>similar and as I said for £1.99 it doesn't break the bank even if it does stay on the lips for 10 mins. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.pixibeauty.co.uk/glow-tonic" target="_blank">Pixi Glow Tonic £18</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; text-align: left;"><i>"Oxygenating. Exfoliating facial glow tonic. It helps tone, firm and tighten the skin. It removes dead skin cells for healthier looking skin. For all skin types. Alcohol free."</i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today I share my thoughts on one of the most talked about products in the blogging world, Pixi Glow Tonic. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whilst I rarely (touch wood) suffer from breakouts nowadays I do suffer from uneven skin tone/texture and blackheads. Acid toners are all the rage in sorting these kind of skin problems out, whilst I've been using these toners for a while curiosity gets the best of me and I'm always wanting to try out more. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was first introduced to Pixi Glow Tonic last year when it landed on Caroline Hirons blog and everyone went out to purchase it making it pretty hard to get your hands on. Being a beauty blogger I get sucked into the hype so easy, if Caroline recommended it it's got to be good right? </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've been using this for MONTHS, since last year and it's under half full so considering the price it really does last a long time. So how does it work on the skin? I use this every single night for the past 6/7 months so I've really tested it out. I pop some product onto a cotton pad and swipe it all over my face especially concentrating on my problem areas, in the morning I don't particularly notice that my skin looks much more brighter/healthier. In all skin care products you have to persist to really notice a difference, so I did afterall nothing works overnight.<br />
<br />
I persisted and still didn't notice a change in my skin, I thought it would of been especially good to work on red marks left over from those dreaded hormonal spots but no, one mark hasn't even got lighter which was disappointing and definitely won't repurchase when it's ran out.<br />
<br />
Whereas this didn't work for me people claim it worked wonders for them so to really tell you need to try it out for yourself. I'm always left disappointed by over hyped products, did this not work for anyone else I'd love to know!<br />
<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">My skin has gone AWOL this weekend and I have no idea why *SOB* when your skin goes in a state it really panics me and I start googling lots of skincare products, anyone else?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Anyway it probably, or most definitely needing upping on that game anyway so I decided to make a little list of things I want to try or will probably purchase <i>gradually. </i>First things first I need to up my game in the morning, I'm just using the PRIORI Gentle Face Cleanser but doesn't wow me so after googling for what seemed like hours I came up with the <b>OSKIA Renaissance Cleansing Gel </b>it's a pricey 'un coming in at £28 but the reviews sucked me right in.<b> </b>Next up I decided I need to introduce a mild, acid toner and after seeing Caroline Hirons skincare video I decided I needed the <span style="background-color: white; line-height: 30px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance pads</span><span style="font-size: large; font-weight: bold;"> </span><span style="font-family: inherit;">which £16.40 on Feelunique <i>tempting</i> but the PIXI Glow Tonic is on it's way too me, is that too strong to use in a morning or will it be ok? Let me know in the comments. </span></span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit; line-height: 30px; text-align: start;">Next up the night time routine which definitely needs sorting out, using just a micellar water and the Body Shop Cleansing oil I decided I need the <b>Clinique Cleansing Balm</b> </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 30px; text-align: start;">(please let me know your thoughts on this?) and also </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit; line-height: 30px; text-align: start;">cheaper alternative to the EH which I always hear how amazing it is. </span><br />
<span style="line-height: 30px;"><br /></span>
<span style="line-height: 30px;">Lastly the <b>La Roche Posay Serozinc</b> which is meant to be amazing for oily skin or when the skin is playing up with those pesky blemishes which I totally need right now but isn't available in the UK, typical! </span><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 30px;">Anyone else use any of the above? I'd love to know your thoughts before I make a purchase. And can anyone recommend me a daily moisturiser for combination skin without alcohol or mineral oil. Thanks.</span></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 30px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></span>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 16px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>"Oil Free formula great for combination/oily skin types. Put dullness to rest. Wake up radiant & refreshed. Now nature's famed night cream is newly fortified with a system of time-released resurfacers plus Vitamins C, E & H, minerals & moisture-rich replenishers. Helps the appearance of dullness."</i></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I've been using this night cream just after Christmas so I've fully tested it out and thought I'd share my thoughts now it's nearly the end of the jar.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I never used a night cream prior to this moisturiser, the Origins one had really good reviews and the word 'renewal' sucked me right in. I decided to go for the oil free version as I have combination/oily skin, it's not too thick in consistency, just right but a bit thicker than a daily moisturiser which is perfect as I hate anything heavy on my skin. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After cleansing/toning at night I dot a few blobs around my face and gently massage it into my face sinking in almost instantly and made my skin feel super smooth! As mentioned I've definitely been using this enough to give it a proper test run for it to make a difference to the overall appearance of my skin and I'm afraid to say it hasn't improved it one bit which was a shame because not only is it expensive but also the rave reviews that people give. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After googling the reviews just now I stumbled upon a review by <a href="http://www.paulaschoice.com/beautypedia-skin-care-reviews/by-brand/origins/_/High-Potency-Night-A-Mins-Mineral-Enriched-Oil-Free-Renewal-Cream" target="_blank">Paula,</a> she states in the review that the amount of Salicylic is too low to even exfoliate the skin that's why I haven't seen any 'renewal' in the skin. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Why this felt nice on my skin, I wouldn't recommend this product, (sorry Origins I love you) not for the price anyway. Anyone used this cream or even have a night cream recommendation for me? Leave your comments I'd love to hear! </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey guys, so I'm fully aware I'm over a year late on trying this particular product but who cares?! Anyway, I want to try Lime Crime Velvetines so bad but I'm scared, yes I'm scared that the formula will cling to every bit of skin on my lips which isn't a good look so before I decide to splurge on Lime Crime I though I'd give the Sleek offering a go and this particular shade is actually supposed to be a dupe for 'suede berry' </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Retailing at a mere £4.99 it isn't going to exactly break the bank if I didn't get along with it, sometimes matte lipsticks on me are a little hit and miss even though I don't have particularly dry lips matte formula just makes them look worse than they actually are. Before using this I make sure to prep my lips beforehand, a good lip scrub and Dr Lipps nipple balm leaves them feeling soft and smooth.<br />
<br />
I make sure I've got a little balm on my lips when I apply just so it goes on evenly and doesn't cling to any dry patches. One coat is definitely more than enough, making sure to wipe off any excess before applying to the lips as I can imagine it would go very cakey if you apply more than you need.<br />
Once applied to the lips it dries matte after a few seconds.<br />
<br />
The only problem I have that the colour starts to wear off the centre of the lips after an hour or so, so you really have to keep glancing in the mirror. If it does start wearing off take it all off and re-apply because it doesn't go on smoothly afterwards.<br />
<br />
For £4.99 though I can't really complain, anyone else recommend a similar product that doesn't fade?</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hey guys, so something a little different on the blog today. A few weeks ago my friend and I went into Birmingham shopping, it's only a short train journey away and after shopping for 4 hours and not purchasing a single item it was time for food. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
There's plenty of places to eat in Birmingham but we choose Ed's Easy Diner, it was something different and I always loved the look of it when I've walked past! Situated in the food hall in Selfridges it screamed out a classic retro american diner, where customers can relax at a booth/table or even sit at the counter equipped with genuine restored juke boxes. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Next onto the menu, ranging from hamburgers/chicken/veggie burgers/hot dogs and even salads Ed's cater for everyone. <span style="font-family: inherit;">I opted for the original: w<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px;">ith lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle, mayonnaise and mild American mustard which you can either have solo or as an </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">ED’S PLATE: Main + Fries + Onion Rings + Coleslaw.</span></span></b></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;"><br /></span></span></b></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">Just looking at this picture makes my mouth water, ha! It was so yummy it was ridiculous, best burger I've ever tried, and those sweet </span></span><span style="line-height: 18px;">potato</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;"> </span></span></span><span style="line-height: 18px;">fries and onion rings..oh my <i>delicious! </i></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><i><br /></i></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;">The service in Ed's was spot on, we were served straight away and had drinks bought over to our table, the food took a maximum of 15 minutes which I was very impressed about, I hate waiting around when I'm hungry. Unfortunately I was too full up to order a dessert so I can't comment but judging from the food I'm sure they won't disappoint. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;">I can't recommend Ed's enough and can't wait to eat there again.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After my Elemis cleanser ran out I wanted to find a cheaper, quick alternative to take my makeup off. I saw lots of blog posts and youtube videos surrounding this product so I made a purchase.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Having relatively good skin I wasn't looking for something to improve the appearance just simply to remove all remainders of makeup. I've tried cleansing oils in the past, if your lazy like me they are a lifesaver.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
One pump of this silky soft cleanser will remove all traces of makeup, (even waterproof mascara) leaving skin super soft. Although I've been only using this for a few weeks it really agrees with my skin and doesn't break me out. </div>

Anyone else tried this cleansing oil? Would love to know what you think.</div>

<a href="https://www.love-makeup.co.uk/zoeva-buffer-brush-p-5720.html" target="_blank">Zoeva 104 Buffer Brush </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">There's been a lot of people asking on twitter about the Zoeva brushes recently so I thought I'd share my thoughts on my latest addition to my Zoeva family. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Foundation brushes are the most important to me, a nice flawless base you can't beat so after scouring the website I added the 104 buffer brush into my basket. I like buffing brushes as I find the head/bristles dense and much easier to apply than a flat foundation brush.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">The way I like to use this is exactly how the Zoeva site recommends: </span><span style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>apply your makeup gently by dabbing the brush onto your skin and then softly blend the edges in a circular motion </i>which<i> </i>gives me my desired look: a natural, flawless finish.</span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">This brush can be used with any type of cream and loose makeup, it's also amazing for blending in cream contour products. </span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I am so impressed with the Zoeva brushes, their </span></span>quality and price is amazing and forever recommending them to people and can't wait to add even more to my collection. Again, another big thumbs up from me.</div>

<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>'Cocoa Brown One Hour Tan is part of the award winning Cocoa Brown by Marissa Carter sunless tanning range. It has experienced unprecedented success since it stormed the tanning market late last year and is now considered a cult beauty item by beauty insiders'</i></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you haven't heard about Cocoa Brown 1 hour tan by Marissa Carter then you've been living under a rock, this pink can is popular amongst the blogging community with everyone praising it to the high heavens but not me unfortunately. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you know me or a reader of my blog then you'll know I love fake tan, there isn't a day that I'm not sporting bronzed skin and probably couldn't tell you my natural skin tone although it's on the verge of pale, pasty and it just doesn't suit me!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now I'd class myself as a professional tanner, I've been applying the stuff for along as I can remember so I can do my full body in under 10 minutes, impressive I know. As a beauty blogger you instantly get sucked into these rave reviews, you trot down to the nearest Superdrug or whip your card out online and it's on your door step within a few days. I was late on the Cocoa Brown wagon spray tans were my best friend and I could never find a bottled tan that compared so I thought I'd try the Cocoa Brown, with it's rave reviews it would convert me wouldn't it? Read on...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The bottle is very snazzy, hair mousse in a tan form GREAT I love the bottle/packaging and the mousse itself is very smooth and glides onto the skin beautifully. As it's light brown I really struggle to see the guide colour going onto my skin and where I've applied it so I know it isn't going to turn out too well. As I like my tan dark I leave it on for the required time of 3 hours or overnight doesn't really make a difference to me and then I shower it off. I was extremely disappointed how light the tan was against my skin, I'm not casper pale but you couldn't even tell I was wearing tan, not in a good way either. I had a little hint of colour on my skin which left me disappointed and not to mention the streaks and patches on my skin.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Unfortunately Cocoa Brown didn't work for me, St Tropez all the way! </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hey guys, so it's a quick one today. If any of you follow me on Instagram (@carlyslym) you will know that I am obsessed with Kylie Jenner, she's turned into such a beauty and I'm mega jealous.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
There's been lots of talk about her lips and the shade she's been rocking lately, a nude brown. It seems the 90s fashion is creeping on us slowly and I'm loving the brown lips again so before I even saw Kylie with this amazing lip colour I needed a brown lipstick back in my life so I opted for Velvet Teddy by MAC described as a deep tone beige it's the perfect colour I've been looking for and what I love about it so much is that it looks different on every person, google swatches no swatch looks the same.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Anyway, after seeing obsessing over Kylie's instagram I needed to hunt down that lip colour she was rocking and apparently she uses MAC Velvet Teddy paired with MAC Whirl lip pencil which of course I had to go out and buy and it goes with Velvet Teddy perfectly. Also worn alone is beautiful too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So there we have my take on Kylie Jenner's lips/lipstick. Anyone else love Velvet Teddy as much as me? Both products can be found on the MAC website <a href="http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/product/shaded/168/310/Lipstick/index.tmpl" target="_blank">here</a> and <a href="http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/product/shaded/167/340/Products/Lips/Lip-Pencil/Lip-Pencil/index.tmpl" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>

Vitage Micro Skin Polish £27*</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Earlier on in the year I was lucky to receive some amazing products from <a href="http://courthouseclinics.com/" target="_blank">courthouse clinics</a>, in the package was this Vitage Micro Skin Polish, exfoliating is an important part of my skincare routine as I've mentioned before I really suffer from milia and exfoliating (and patience) is a way to banish those pesky bumps. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;">Paired with my </span><a href="http://carlywritesablog.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/clarins-gentle-exfoliator-brightening.html" style="font-family: inherit;" target="_blank">Clarins toner </a>I try and use this exfoliator once a week, I find they work extremely well together, the toner bringing the milia to the surface - if you suffer from milia you know that trying to squeeze out the 'white stuff' is impossible so the Vitage polish exfoliates them away when they surface. <span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;">The luxurious skin exfoliator uses </span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;">micronized diamonds and pearls to rejuvenate and refine uneven skin texture so you can really feel it </span></span><span style="line-height: 19px;">working</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"> on your skin, it is quite abrasive so people with </span></span><span style="line-height: 19px;">sensitive</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"> skin really do need to be careful but smoothing it gently over your skin I really think you will notice a big difference in the overall </span></span><span style="line-height: 19px;">appearance</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"> of your skin after </span></span><span style="line-height: 19px;">regular</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"> use of this product. </span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19px;">It comes in at a pricey £27 but if it gets rid of my skin concerns I'm happy to splash the cash, after a quick search on google you can find this a little more cheaper.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19px;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19px;">Anyone else used the Vitage micro skin polish? How do you find it?</span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Can we just stop and appreciate Zoeva, the brushes I've tried so far are phenomenal! Anyway, I have another Zoeva brush to share with you today the <b style="text-decoration: underline;">149 concealer buffer brush</b>, with it's rounded head packed full of soft vegan taklon bristles it blends concealer in beautifully. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I don't like to blend in concealer with my fingers so this brush is ideal, apply your concealer onto the skin and then gently dabbing the brush onto your skin and then softly blend the edges in a circular motion for a perfect, natural finish.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This brush retails for around £6.50 and I purchased from love makeup but again is sold out so it's worth keeping an eye out.</div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #666666; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i><br /></i></span></span>
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">Anything that promises to absorbs excess oil I'm all over it, as I have a quite oilt t zone I prefer a matte base. I've wanted to try a setting spray for ages so when I saw the Urban Decay one for £9 on </span></span><span style="line-height: 18px; text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.lookfantastic.com/urban-decay-de-slick-makeup-setting-spray-deluxe-30ml/10797492.html" target="_blank">look fantastic</a></span><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;"><u> </u>I decided to make a little purchase.</span></span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;"><br /></span></span></span>
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">The instructions are very easy to follow:</span></span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>Shake well before use.</i></span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><i><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;">Hold bottle around six to eight inches from the face.</span><br style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-align: start;" /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;">Spray mist in an "X" and "T" formation across face to evenly distribute product over eyes, cheeks, and lips.</span></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: start;">
<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 18px;"><i><br /></i></span></div>
Unfortunately I don't get along with it very well, it doesn't absorb excess oil and definitely doesn't keep my base looking beautifully fresh for 16hrs which was disappointing as I was expecting high hopes. It kept my t zone oil free for a few hours where as my powder lasts me all day. So when I've used it up I won't be re purchasing.<br />
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;"><br /></span></span></span>
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">Anyone else tried a setting spray and did it work for you?</span></span></span></div>

<br />
Here I am again reviewing another fake tan product but I can't get enough. Prior to this tan I was using <u>Lauren's Way Darker Than Dark </u>which didn't leave me darker than dark and made my hands look disgusting <b>yuck!</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
What attracted me to this tan is the claims that you get a beautiful natural looking tan in an hour, great if you're in a rush. So I pop a timer on my phone and check the progress of the tan, an hour passes and I'm still not as dark as I would like to be so I leave it on for another hour..2 hours in total and then jump in the shower.<br />
<br />
After I've showered I'm really happy with the end result, until later on in the evening I can see my hands are getting darker and my knuckles look like I've been dragging them through the mud, not like they was looking several hours ago and then I realised it's still developing so I wash my hands in hope that I've washed the remainder off my hands...<br />
<br />
Next morning this is the result of a 2 hour tan, yep carried on developing through the night even though I showered and washed my hands several times throughout the evening. Luckily the rest of my body is fine but I cringe when I look at my hands and see the tan has clung to my knuckles..not a good look. Anyone else have this problem with tan? I don't even use a fresh pump of mousse just the remainder of what's on the mitt. <span style="color: #7a7a7a; line-height: 16px; text-align: left;"><i><span style="font-family: inherit;">"Infused with Diamond dust and Pearl Powder this toluene and formaldehyde-free nail strengthening formula is powered with Dimethyl Urea (DMU) and Criss Cross Keratin Technology™ that gently hardens the nails without causing them to become brittle."</span></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you've read my previous post you know my nails are in a bad state and I'm on the hunt for a nail strengthener and unfortunately <u>OPI nail strengthener </u>didn't live up to it's expectations. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I then googled another nail strengthener product and <u>Dr Lewinns</u> name popped up but I couldn't justify nearly £20 for another product not to work so I found the sensitive version for a meer £4.95 not that I have sensitive nails but if it didn't work then I'm not going to miss the £5 I spent.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The instructions are pretty similar to OPIs: <span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="color: #6d6e70; font-style: italic; line-height: 16px;">Apply one thin coat daily to clean nails for four days. On day five, remove with nail polish remover and repeat this program three times allowing nails to rest for two weeks after the program is complete.</span><span style="color: #6d6e70; line-height: 16px;"><i> </i><b>Simple!</b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="line-height: 16px;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 16px;">But the question is...does it work? YES, I can't get over how long </span><i style="line-height: 16px;">some </i><span style="line-height: 16px;">of my nails have grown and much stronger compared to before. Some do break because of everyday activities such as work but when I had a week off they were the longest they have ever been! After the first week you can see a very big difference in the overall appearance of your nails. Now I really want to try the original Dr Lewinns nail strengthener and see how that compares. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 16px;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 16px;">Anyone tried this nail brand?</span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i>"Maximum strength formula with Hydrolyzed Protein and Calcium helps nails grow harder, longer and stronger and resist peeling, cracking and splitting. The Original OPI Nail Envy has a clear, glossy finish."</i></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white; text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><i><br /></i></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
After wearing acrylic nails constantly for 1 year (naughty I know) really messed up my nails, I'm surprised the poor things didn't fall off. After deciding to ditch the falsies last year I wanted to get my nails in tip top condition so I ditched the nail polish and went on the hunt for a nail strengthener so off I went to google and typed up the best nail strengthener and this little bottle popped up and went into my eBay basket!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
When it arrived I was keen to give my nails some TLC so applied 2 coats as instructed, the leaflet explains that you need to apply 2 coats followed by 1 coat every other day for 7 days and repeat the process which is a little faffy remembering to apply every other day but I stuck with it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
After the first week I wasn't expecting miracles but my nails were the same - weak, short and kept on breaking! Again I repeated the process for a whole month and didn't see a difference in my nails and was incredibly disappointed because of the rave reviews so I stopped using.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
Overall would I recommend? No, I bought into a hyped product and was yet again disappointed and would of been very angry if I paid the full £18.65 (I bought off eBay for around £10) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: start;">
Anyone tried the OPI nail envy and seen results?</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Described as a pink coral, this Bobbi Brown blush is beautifullll.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have draws full of blushes and this is the most reached for and the one I wear everyday, it's such a beautiful natural shade and gives your cheeks the perfect flushed look. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As Bobbi Brown blushes are incredibly pigmented I find using a real techniques stippling brush works well as you can gently stipple it onto your cheeks controlling how much you use.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Retailing at £19 for a 3.7g may seem expensive but I haven't hit pan on it yet so use sparingly and it will last you a long time.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Anyone recommend another pretty blush shade from Bobbi Brown?</div>

<i style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px; text-align: start;">Light Reflecting Setting Powder helps skin shine through makeup, enhancing the look of foundation and extending makeup wear - all without a trace of colour.</span></i></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><i style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px; text-align: start;">Containing Nars` exclusive Light Reflecting Complex, this translucent powder optimizes light reflection on the skin, optically fading fine lines, wrinkles, and pores as skin is visibly smoothed. Vitamin E and glycerin help guard against dryness and provide a luminous soft matte finish. Ideal for touch-ups, regulating shine and seamlessly setting foundation.</span></i></span></div>
<div style="font-style: italic; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><i style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px; text-align: start;"><br /></span></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">This is really the first setting powder I've ever really used, minus the Rimmel translucent powder I chucked away after using once. Even with comb/oily skin I've never been interested in powdering my face I just didn't feel the need for it until the NARS 'Crystal' powder caught my eye. After receiving some money for Christmas I decided it was time to add it into my basket instead of swooning over it.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">It came in a cute black pouch and the signature matte black NARS compact (same size as the Laguna bronzer). When I searched for reviews online many mentioned that they thought there was some kind of protective layer over the top as it was perfectly smooth and no fall out and the reviews were right, silky smooth and in my eyes just perfect!</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">As you can see from the picture above with the brush it doesn't pick up a lot of product unlike some powders which just overloads your brush with product equalling to a cakey face which is a big no no, it should look natural and blur any imperfections on the skin/evening out the skin tone and this is exactly what the NARS powder does, with it's light reflecting complex it blurs out any imperfections in the skin and visibly smoothes over any fine lines/pores and most importantly the staying power - I apply in the morning, goto work and my foundation is still in tact and no need for touch ups.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I've been using this </span>powder nearly every day since December and it still looks perfect, there isn't even a dent where I've been using it so although £26 may seem pricey to some I know it's definitely going to last a long time so cheaper in the long run! Hands down this is my holy grail powder and won't be curious to try other brands as this is just perfect for me so if your after a powder thats natural, conceals, lasts all day then I'd definitely recommend NARS powder.</div>
