Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel

After reading lots of positive reviews about the Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel I decided after I ran out of my previous cleansers I would jump on the bandwagon and give this a whirl..

As you can see from the instructions above, it's super easy to use: I just simply squeeze a 5p size gel onto my fingers and dab it on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin and just gently massage the gel until it transforms into an oil as described above. Once I've massaged all the product into my skin for about a minute to ensure all my facial makeup is melted I then simply wet my fingers and again massage it over my face and then you should see the oil transform into a light milky 'emulsion' which can be easily washed off with warm water.

I've been using this particular product since the beginning of June and thought I'd share my thoughts on this amazing product, it melts my makeup amazingly and leaves my skin feeling soft and super duper clean which is what a cleanser should do, not leave makeup behind when swiped with a toner but honestly everything gets removed easily without any fuss.

The only place I could find it the cheapest was escentual which currently has the cleanser at a special price of £15.60 which is a good value for money considering the tiny amount you use on a daily basis, my tube doesn't even look touched and the postage costs are extremely generous too!

From now on this is my holy grail cleanser and will definitely not be curious to try anymore as I found this product works the best for my combination skin and that it takes my makeup off in one go.

Anyone else love this product as much as me? Would love to know what you think.

  1. I used to work for Clarins so maybe I am a tiny bit biased, but this is my all time favourite cleanser! leaves my skin feeling fully cleansed without that tight or dry feeling. Also it's really fun to apply haha!
